Where Topmate is better
Topmate is simpler, more established, and better if selling one-off calls is genuinely the whole business. If you do not run cohorts, most of what is below is weight you do not need.
Where we are different
Topmate monetises the transaction. After the call, the recording is in your meeting tool, the notes are in a docs app, the person is in a chat group, and none of it is connected. We keep the relationship in one place.
