A locker per client, not an email attachment

Contracts, worksheets, feedback documents, recordings. Each member sees only theirs, you see who opened what, and you can pull the plug on any of it instantly.

In build. This is on the roadmap and not yet available to every account. Everything else on this site is live.

One locker per member

No folder tree. A flat list grouped by category — document, recording, note, contract — because a coach with thirty clients does not need a filesystem, and a filesystem on a 320px screen is a navigation problem you then have to solve.

Links that expire because they must

Need to send something to someone who is not a member — their accountant, a referring practitioner, a prospect? Mint a link with an expiry date. There is no never-expires option, because that is the setting everybody picks and then forgets about for three years.

You can see who opened it

Every view, download and signature is logged. For a coaching contract sitting unread, "did they actually open it" is the entire question, and email gives you no answer.

Signature before access, not after

Mark a document as requiring a signature and its contents stay unreachable until it is signed. Showing the file and asking for a signature afterwards is not a gate.

What you get

  • Private locker per member, shared locker per cohort
  • Expiring share links, optional passphrase, instant revoke
  • Full access log — who, what, when
  • Signature required before contents unlock
  • Members can upload too, camera-first on a phone
  • Recordings stay stream-only, even inside a vault
