Email your members without leaving

Announcements to a whole cohort, and real one-to-one conversations that live in the portal instead of scattered across your inbox.

In build. This is on the roadmap and not yet available to every account. Everything else on this site is live.

Three jobs, kept apart on purpose

Automatic messages (booking confirmed, replay ready), a private thread with one member, and an announcement to a cohort. These are separate systems with separate send paths, because the worst possible bug in this area is a one-to-one reply going out to everybody.

Replies come back into the portal

When a member replies from their own mail client, it lands in the thread — attributed, in order, visible to both of you. Sending from a product is easy. Receiving is the half that makes it actually managed here.

It sends from your domain

Your name, your address, your sending domain. And nothing sends at all until the DNS records are verified — a new domain that starts broadcasting before it is authenticated lands in spam permanently.

Announcements with the safety rails on

Send yourself a test first. See the recipient count and confirm it. Cancel while it is still queued. The audience is resolved at send time, so someone who lapsed this morning does not receive tonight’s announcement.

What you get

  • One-to-one threads, two-way, inside the portal
  • Cohort announcements with a cancel window
  • Sends from your own verified domain
  • Delivery and open tracking that ignores mail-proxy false opens
  • Unsubscribe on announcements, never on receipts
